MMS Property Management specializes in the management of single-family homes, duplexes, condos, small multi-unit residential properties, apartment complexes (under 12 units) and small commercial properties. We service the entire San Diego County Area with our office centrally located in La Mesa, California.

Jennifer Mitchel
Broker/CEO
Jennifer Mitchel is the Broker/CEO of MMS Property Management and an Affiliated Broker with The ReaL Brokerage, LLC. She has over 30 years of real estate investment and property management experience. Jennifer started her real estate career as a sales transaction coordinator in 1993 and transitioned into office administration and property management. She obtained her real estate license in 1997 as a professional REALTOR. In 2010 she became co-owner and CFO of an independent East County real estate corporation where she created a property management division and developed risk assessment training and organizational systems. In 2021 Jennifer founded MMS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and relocated to La Mesa, California. She recently joined The ReaL Brokerage, LLC as an Affiliate Broker and is excited about the cutting-edge vision and technology that will enable her to provide her clientele with an exceptional buying and selling experience.
Stephanie McGuffie
Tenant Liason & Maintenance Supervisor
Stephanie McGuffie is the first person that most of our tenants meet when they become part of the MMS Community. Stephanie grew up in east county and brings extensive knowledge of the San Diego area and community. She has been the Tenant Liaison and Maintenance Supervisor for MMS Property Management since 2008. Stephanie assists with marketing, contractor repair coordination, showing rentals and handling of maintenance calls to ensure client satisfaction. She assists with property inspections and is a licensed Process Server. Stephanie’s customer service is exceptional. She is an integral part of our management team and goes above and beyond for our clients.
Amber Brown
Bookkeeper & Client Account Manager
Amber Brown is the Bookkeeper and Client Account Manager at MMS Property Management. She has a background in marketing and has been with MMS Property Management since 2020. Amber oversees our accounts payable/receivable and provides insurance management for our clients as well as other various clerical services. Amber manages all tenant billings and invoicing. She is currently in the process of becoming a licensed REALTOR and is a valuable member of our management team. Her organizational skills have been instrumental in helping our organization grow and thrive.
